Strength + Durability Training for Mountain Athletes

The Mountain Strength & Durability program will make you a stronger and more durable mountain athlete by focusing on mountain-specific training that will lead to a more enjoyable outdoor experience and help prevent injury. The program will be catered to your specific needs and mountain sport to make you a stronger, more efficient, and a more durable athlete. Can be completed as individual or small group personal training.

MOUNTAIN ATHLETES AND WEEKEND WARRIORS

The program will be customized to your mountain sport whether you consider yourself a mountain athlete or weekend warrior. Examples of mountain sports: skiing, hiking, mountain running, mountain biking, scrambling, mountaineering, alpine climbing and ice climbing.
